I am skeptical about this.  The Return of Investment (roi) is pretty high but I am willing to try with a minimum deposit of $5.  They are giving away $35 upon registration.  You can only withdraw after 30 days of your first deposit depending on your level of upgrades.  The site was launched on August 12, 2013

General Terms:

Types of Accounts: Trial (after free registration) and Upgrade (after first deposit).

Level of Accounts: 6 income levels - Beginning, Standard, Advanced, Business, Premium, Infinity - depending from the amount of biggest deposit.

Number of accounts: one for Free Members and up to 10 for Upgrade Members.

Withdrawal requests.

1. Members can withdraw funds if the type of Account is 'Upgrade' and the Account balance at least $1.

2. Members can deposit funds via one payment processor and request payment to another payment processor, but this may be the subject of applying the special floating exchange fees.

3. The withdrawal requests can be placed:
- during every Monday-Wednesday for Beginning and Standard Accounts;
- during every Monday-Friday for Advanced and Business Accounts;
- during every Monday-Sunday for Premium and Infinity Accounts.

4. The first withdrawal request can be placed on the next condition:
- after 30 calendar days from the date of first deposit for Beginning and Standard Accounts;

- after 15 calendar days from the date of first deposit for Advanced and Business Accounts;

- after 5 calendar days from the date of first deposit for Premium and Infinity Accounts.

5. The date of your first withdraw will be detected instantly based on the amount of your first deposit.

7. Requested funds usually available during 3 business days.
